Mystery Shoppers Wanted
The housing department at Wandsworth Council is looking to recruit to our existing panel of volunteer mystery shoppers.
‘Shoppers’ will make unannounced visits or telephone calls to the housing department and will report back on the service they receive.
By becoming a mystery shopper you will be helping to assess how well we deal with our customers so we can improve our services for all residents.
Free training will be provided as well as incentives for mystery shoppers who successfully complete the shopping exercises.
The next training workshop is on Monday 6th June from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm.
