Please open this newsletter – it contains a lot of information we should all know about local food. This winter the shelves of Edinburgh’s supermarkets were empty for a few days, simply because the snow prevented deliveries. Imagine the weather challenges we face causing something similar in London : we are told London would be able to feed itself for 4 days only. Under such circumstances. knowing about local food initiatives and options could be very useful!
