Members of the Ethelburga Residents’ Association, Major Works Sub-Committee, met today afternoon with the Council for a first round of discussions on the up-coming MW programme.

The meeting was most creative, fruitful and positively educational. The next step will involve a meeting on site between the consultants to the Council and the Sub-Committee, following which the specifications to be given to potential contractors will be finalised.  In due course, the Council is obliged to invite all residents and leaseholders to comment on the proposals. The Residents’ Association will in the interim be in regular contact.
