Ethelburga Community Residents’ Association, ‘ECRA’ for short is the body to which all residents and leaseholders are invited. Sign up to membership is required on an annual basis. The Council offer a per head financial incentive which is permitted to be used to cover our administrative costs (mainly printing and stationery) and to fund small improvements to the community in general.

Below is a copy of our current Constitution and Code of Conduct, as agreed with the Council. Members can suggest changes, which will be discussed with the Council and then tabled at a general meeting.
